Asa W Bryant, Owner

Kali Carpenter, Executive Director
Before working in Politics, Kali attended Oklahoma Baptist University worked in office management and real estate.
Franklin Jones, President
Franklin began working in conservative politics early on, serving as staff on a congressional race in North Carolina before he was able to vote in his first election. After a hiatus from politics, he returned to the industry in 2022, managing field operations on dozens of campaigns for Fox Bryant, across 7 states. Both Franklins work on the ground, and his role overseeing Fox Bryant management of hundreds of paid political operatives in the 2024 cycle- earned him the experience necessary to lead the most effective large scale grassroots campaigns. Sadly Franklin passed away unexpectedly February 21st, 2025 while managing campaigns in Texas. Franklin was a thoughtful and kind friend to many, and had a level head perfect for campaign management. He will be greatly missed.
Omar Zumaya, Operations Director
With a background in computer programming and app development, Omar's role at Fox Bryant focuses on the data analytics, paid canvassing audits, and the Remote Field Manager service to provide top tier grassroots field management to serve campaigns big and small. Omar has participated in hundreds of audits on paid labor to help guide and decide staffing decisions and knows the ins and outs of most major walk-app political CRM systems. He hails from Laredo, TX and has spent his political career since 2020 working in nearly 20 states on field programs.
Chris Schmitt, Senior Project Manager
As a graduate of Ohio University's Scripps School of Journalism, and having experience working for newspapers and magazines, Chris is good at digging in deeper to a topic, understanding it and having to explain it clearly. Throughout the course of his time at Fox Bryant, Chris has shaped many surveys and winning messaging strategies with the insight and feedback he's provided both first-hand, and what he collects from other team members. Chris is based in Ohio but clocks tens of thousands of miles per year managing Fox Bryant campaign projects nationwide.
Asa W. Bryant, CEO, Pro-Canvasser
With experience on federal, state, and local municipal campaigns across the US, Fox Bryant LLC brings to the table a unique, "boots on the ground" perspective to the industry of grassroots that you can only get through doing it yourself. Before starting his company in 2018, Asa had personally knocked over 100,000 individual doors in dozens of major US cities, accruing more than 30,000 face to face conversations with constituents. Asa since has managed over 3,000,000 paid doors on projects nationwide. He is a graduate of the University of Nebraska- Lincoln. The Fox Bryant name is in honor of his grandfather, Don "Fox" Bryant, who helped build the Nebraska Cornhusker brand and had a legendary career in public relations.
Alexandria Hilding, Communications Director
Alexandria has been involved with grassroots recruitment and project management since 2020 and has placed hundreds of staff members on campaigns around the country. Her specialty is watching many moving parts at once, ensuring Fox Bryant metrics are on track to meet project goals. Alexandria or "AJ" as she goes by, resides in Las, Vegas with her husband Steven, and is the Secretary of the Nevada Young Republicans.
Jacob Miller, Texas State Director
As an Army veteran, Jacob brings the chain of command in check, overseeing Texas campaigns statewide. His background in the army and in sales has taught him to do whatever it takes to get to a goal. Jacob onboards Texas team members and coaches staff towards a winning strategy. When he is not managing campaigns he runs a bakery business with his wife in Katy, TX.
